It’s deeply satisfying, naturally sweet, and exactly what I reach for before a workout. And when a sweet craving hits, dates are still my number one go-to, indulgent but also smart.
I’m from Saudi Arabia, where dates are more than a fruit. They’re a craft, with varieties and nuance that many people have never been introduced to.
