How long can the dates be stored?

Our date creations stay fresh for at least 6 weeks from the “made on” date. We make them fresh as orders come in.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we ship to all U.S. addresses. To protect product quality, we may pause or limit shipping to certain areas during periods of high heat that could affect the items in transit.


Are your dates vegetarian?

Yes. All of our date creations are vegetarian.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

At this time, we can’t change or cancel orders once they’re placed. Please double-check your items, delivery details, and timing before checkout.

Can I customize the flavors in my box?

Not at the moment. Right now, our boxes are curated assortments, and we plan to offer flavor customization in the future. Please subscribe to our newsletter to get updates first.

Are these dates vegan? How about gluten-free?

We offer vegan and gluten-free options, and they’re labeled clearly. Not all flavors fit these dietary needs.

Are the dates nut-free?

At the moment, all of our current flavors contain nuts. We plan to offer nut-free options in future creations. Please subscribe to our mailing list to be the first to know.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our products are perishable, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. If an issue is our fault (for example, an incorrect order or a product defect), please contact us, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

How should the dates be stored?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigerating or freezing chocolate flavors is not recommended.

How do I track my delivery?

Delivery typically takes 24–72 hours after your order is processed, depending on your location. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they’re placed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information and delivery updates via email/text.
