Our date creations stay fresh for at least 6 weeks from the “made on” date. We make them fresh as orders come in.
Yes, we ship to all U.S. addresses. To protect product quality, we may pause or limit shipping to certain areas during periods of high heat that could affect the items in transit.
Yes. All of our date creations are vegetarian.
At this time, we can’t change or cancel orders once they’re placed. Please double-check your items, delivery details, and timing before checkout.

We offer vegan and gluten-free options, and they’re labeled clearly. Not all flavors fit these dietary needs.

Because our products are perishable, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. If an issue is our fault (for example, an incorrect order or a product defect), please contact us, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigerating or freezing chocolate flavors is not recommended.
Delivery typically takes 24–72 hours after your order is processed, depending on your location. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they’re placed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information and delivery updates via email/text.
