Products

We sell dates and date-based products, pre-packaged and intended for gifting.

We do our best to display products accurately. Colors and appearances can vary slightly due to lighting, screens, and normal product variation.

Food and allergens

Our products may contain or be made in environments that handle common allergens (for example: nuts, dairy, sesame, etc.). If you have allergies, please review product details and contact us before ordering at support@tamraco.com.

Orders and payments

Orders are placed through Shopify checkout and paid via Shopify Payments.
Your order is not confirmed until payment is accepted and you receive an order confirmation email.
We may cancel or limit an order if we believe it may be fraudulent or if inventory is unavailable. If we cancel, we’ll refund you.

Pricing

Prices may change at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout at the time you place your order (plus applicable taxes and shipping, if any).

Returns and refunds

Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns. If there is a problem caused by us (wrong item, damaged packaging due to our packing, product issue), we’ll do our best to make it right. Details are in our Refund Policy.
