Shipping Policy

Effective date: February 3, 2026

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. (We may adjust shipping availability over time.)

Processing time

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout and the carrier’s transit time.

Shipping costs

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $100 (before tax, after discounts, unless otherwise stated) to destinations with temperatures below 75ºF.

Order tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you’ll receive it by email when your order ships.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, we may need to charge additional shipping to resend it.

Carrier delays

Once your package is with the carrier, delays can happen (weather, peak season, etc.). We’ll help you troubleshoot, but we can’t control carrier timelines.

Refund Policy (Perishable Goods)

Effective date: February 3, 2026

Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If something is wrong, we’ll make it right

If there’s an issue caused by us, such as:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order arrived damaged

  • There’s a quality issue that appears to be due to production/packing

We’ll review and offer either a replacement or a refund on a case-by-case basis.

How to report an issue

Email support@tamraco.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Photos (especially helpful for damage/wrong items)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help quickly.

What we don’t cover

We typically can’t offer refunds/replacements for:

  • Issues reported long after delivery

  • Items affected by incorrect storage after delivery

  • Carrier delays that do not result in a product issue (we’ll still try to help)
